Providing Counseling for individuals who are 18 (+) experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression, from all areas in life, including relationships, job stress, loss, change, or upsetting past or current family issues.
I am offering in person and telehealth sessions - Monday through Thursday and telehealth only on Friday. Please see the calendar for my availability shown in the appointment schedule. When making an appointment on the scheduling page please indicate your preference.
